Heading South on I-95
o Take exit 18A (Mamaroneck Ave South -- do NOT take exit 18B to White Plains).
o
At traffic triangle, bear left and go under Railroad Bridge.o Go straight through town. Mamaroneck Ave (Old White Plains Rd) ends at the Post Road (US Route 1).
o Go straight through the Mamaroneck Ave/Post Road intersection. This will take you into Harbor Island Park.
o At the 2nd Stop Sign, turn Right.
o You will then pass indoor tennis courts on your Left.
o Go straight until the end of the road.
o Flotilla 73 building is the 2nd one-story beige building on your right.
o Parking is on your Left in the marked spaces.
